Thank you for your interest in supporting AEF through our 2026-27 Banner Sponsorship Program!
This program gives businesses, organizations, and families a meaningful way to gain visibility in the community while directly supporting AUSD schools.


About AEF
The Arcadia Educational Foundation (AEF) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1981 in response to major reductions in state and federal funding for California public schools. Our mission is to enrich educational programs and empower students in the Arcadia Unified School District (AUSD) by enhancing the quality of teaching, resources, and school programs.


Sponsorship Overview
Each AUSD school site (Arcadia High School, Dana, First Avenue, Foothills, Baldwin Stocker, Camino Grove, Highland Oaks, Holly Avenue, Hugo Reid, Longley Way, Rancho Learning Center) will display a professionally printed banner featuring sponsor names and/or logos.

Banner Details:

  • Displayed from November 2026 to November 2027

  • 48" (Height) x 96" (Width)

  • High-visibility placement at each school site

  • Sponsorship Deadline: October 15, 2026


Sponsorship Levels and Banner Space
Sponsors may select one or multiple school sites. One sponsorship level will apply to all selected sites unless you specify otherwise.

  • Platinum Sponsor – $1,250 (Approx. 9.00" × 11.00")

  • Gold Sponsor – $750 (Approx. 5.00" × 10.50")

  • Silver Sponsor – $250 (Approx. 3.00" × 6.25")

  • Bronze Sponsor – $100 (Approx. 2.50" × 5.00") - text listing only, logos not accepted


How to Become a Sponsor

  1. Complete the 👉 Online Form: Provide your contact information, selected school site(s), sponsorship level, and your sponsor/company name as you’d like it printed, or upload a company logo.

    • IMPORTANT: You will be required to enter payment information before submitting the form. Please have your payment method ready (checkbook or online payment).

  2. Submit Payment: Your sponsorship is confirmed once payment is received. You may use any of the following payment methods:

Brand Guidelines
To ensure clarity and consistent quality:

  • Restrictions:

    • No alcohol or tobacco-related sponsors are allowed.

    • No QR codes are allowed.

  • Logo files must be high-resolution for the best print quality. If quality is insufficient, we will request a replacement.

  • Text and/or logos must be legible at the printed size.
